Slidewaters wants every family or group of friends to make the most of their day at the park. Guests interested in reserving their location in the park prior to arriving can book a Family Cabana or a Group Pavilion. Large groups may want to plan ahead and take advantage of our group rates and everyone will want to learn about our seasonal specials. Scan below to see how you can enhance your experience!
LAKESIDE SURF EVENTS
MULTI FUNCTIONAL EVENT SPACE
Come enjoy a wide variety of events at Lakeside Surf. With a space designed for flexiblity you can expect a wide range of events throughout the season.
LIVE MUSIC
Enhance your evening by taking in a live music perform ance while enjoying the view, the surf and a cold beer. Musicians are now being booked for Friday & Saturday nights in July and August. Head to the LAKESIDE SURF EVENTS page to see the current lineup.
RIVER SURF TOURNAMENTS
Lakeside Surf has four annual river surf competitions each year. Bomb's & Groms and the Whipper Snappers Tournaments feature surfers still in high school and take place in May and October each year.
The Battle of the Butte is an open registration surf tournament designed for anyone who loves to compete. From beginner to world-class this tournament is reayd for you. The Battle of the Butte takes place the last Friday & Saturday of June.
The
Continental Surf Cup is a team competition that features Team USA vs Team Europe. 16 surfers from each team compete every Labor Day Weekend with the hopes of hoisting the Surf Cup for their team.

Starting March 1, 2025 a limited number of 2025 Slidewaters General Admission tickets will be available at a deep discount. When the deepest discount tickets (40% off) sell out, we will release a new allotment of tickets at a new price-still a great deal! This spring special is definitely an early bird gets the worm special. But don't worry if you don't get one of the early prices, the last discounted ticket has no maximum and will be available until opening day.

We have 8 different options and 20 total cabanas available; capacity varies from 10 to 14 guests. Due to the need to update cabanas, furniture and cushions, pictures of cabanas MAY NOT be an exact representation of each cabana.

Family Cabanas are not in an ADA compliant location. The Thunder Rapids Patio is ADA compliant. All reservations are paid in full at time of booking. Payment is fully refundable 3 days prior to reservation date. Reservation can be changed up until the day before the reservation.

GROUP PAVILIONS
Secure your meeting place before you leave your house! Centrally located within the park, our private pavilions are perfect for groups, clubs or families who want guaranteed shade, privacy, room to spread out and a defined meeting place for the entire group. We have 3 pavilions-each a different size; good for gatherings from 5 to 55. Pavilions are located next to each other between the Purple Haze exit pool and the stair entrance to the Lazy River and Downhill Racer.
Admission to Slidewaters not included.

SLIDEWATERS
Slidewaters is a seasonal outdoor waterpark. The scheduled operational season is from Memorial Day Weekend until Labor Day each year. Lakeside Surf is a partner surf facility connected to Slidewaters. When Slidewaters is open, Lakeside Surf is also open. GOOD TO KNOW
Slidewaters reserves the right to alter our hours of operations. For their own safety, patrons can expect periodic closure of water attractions if lightning is in the vicinity of the park. In conjunction with local health authorities, we may need to alter operations to ensure guest safety. We do not offer refunds, but are happy to make accommodations for your purchases.
GROUP VISITS
GROUP VISITS
We host many groups every summer and invite you to bring your school field trip, company picnic, family reunion, youth summer outing, church trip or birthday party to Slidewaters.
Groups over 20 guests will receive a discount on admission if they register their visit one day prior to their arrival. We require everyone receiving the group rate to enter the park at the same time, while one person presents payment for the entire group. We will not accept individual payments for the different members of the group. Late arriving group members will need to pay our regular admission rates.

- All groups must register their visit with Slidewaters.
- Everyone must enter the park at the same time.
